I was born in Mestre-Venice in 1986. After my initial studies at the Academy of Fine Arts in Bologna, I moved to Germany where I completed my studies in Illustration and Comic at the University of Applied Sciences Hamburg.

I published my first comic book „Luke“ with a small italian publish house, G.I.U.D.A. Edizioni, in 2011. My next and longer comic-book „Sandro“ appeared in Italy (Eris Edizioni, 2015) and Germany (Rotopol, 2016). The next Graphic-novel, ʻCry me a riverʼ was published simultaneously by Coconino Press and Rotopol in 2017, the book won the R. Dirk Award for best romance/love story.

In the last years I contributed with comic stories, comic reportage and comic for children to various international project, magazines and for the Federal Agency for Civic Education. I published „il fratello di Jürgen“ by Canicola press, in 2017 and my Mini Comic-book „Junior“ was published in 2019 by kuš! and in Italy by MalEdizioni (2020).

„Wie lange noch“ is my comic-Book about my pregnancies. It has been published in Germany from Rotopol in 2022.

I participated to many groups and solo exhibitions in Italy and Germany and gave workshops in both countries.

I currently live in Berlin with family where I create GIFs animations, work as a freelance illustrator and comic-drawer.

I’m available for commissioned work. Write an email at info(at)alicesocal.de
